Delivery & Returns

All of our deliveries are FREE.  However we deliver exclusively to Hampshire (excluding the Isle of Wight), Dorset, Berkshire, East Sussex, Oxfordshire, Surrey (excluding Congestion Zone), West Sussex and Wiltshire. We are unable to deliver outside of these areas.


We deliver to you via our own small vans or lorries according to delivery quantities. You must inform us when placing your order of any delivery / access restrictions and instructions for delivery, for example if you are not in when we arrive. You will be asked or told about delivery dates for standard delivery as part of the order process. We will normally specify an “expected delivery date”.

Our standard delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), generally from 9am to 5pm, and we aim to get your purchase to you within 5-7 working days of your order (excluding bank holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter);

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, these cannot be guaranteed as occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control e.g. weather and road conditions.

Returns Policy

We will exchange or refund your purchase either before or up to 28 days following the day of delivery if you return the item to us as set out below, but it must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.

This does not affect your consumer rights and you can still cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days* following the day the goods are delivered.

You can cancel your purchase by:

  • returning the products ordered to our warehouse, or
  • emailing us to request that we collect the product, or
  • phoning us with your order reference number and delivery details to hand

* “working days” means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

In all cases, your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the order to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used or installed. If you follow the above steps, we will issue you with a full refund for the cost of the product. Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.


Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.

We cannot cancel your purchase when the seal has been broken or the packaging damaged.
